Collaboration with Gray Area to design a festival experience driven by the loss of connection and need for visions of the future during COVID. ‘Radical Simulation’ presents the work of artists using immersive worldbuilding to re-imagine adjacent possible presents through themes of embodiment, social justice, identity, decolonialism, and regenerative ecology.The festival is hosted inside video lounges designed to make space for the serendipity of live events we used to chase across the globe. I conceived the video lounges, led UX and product design, and curated the program. September 23 – 26, 2020

I designed and led a generative research study for large volume data management use cases in archival (GLAM) and scientific research contexts. My primary role was product strategy, I facilitated workshops to teach user centered design methodologies for agile teams, and led UX research across product teams. I led new business initiatives that resulted in over 60% growth of interactive projects in the first two years . Responsibilities included client relations, new business development, internal education, research, project management, creative concepting, web design and web development.

Created a brand refresh and content strategy for the software startup. Produced marketing campaigns, built an affiliate program, managed online ad buys, created content and served as the project manager and creative lead to implement a new consumer website.

I transformed this third-generation family owned brick-and-mortar on Philadelphia's Historic Fabric Row into a sucessful online retailer with an inventory of over 2500 products.
