• Responsible for all functions of Denver desk in Midstream Accounting• Responsible for all settlements for 3rd party and intercompany• Resolve trade pricing & volume discrepancies• Record purchases, sales, prior period adjustments, transportation and storage expenses, pipeline fees, etc.• Reconcile monthly volumes for Denver to GL and record any adjustments• Update and record inventory and imbalance activity• Run monthly allocation job (NRI, Royalty & 3rd pty %’s) for all truck, crude by rail and pipeline locations in Midstream accounting• Record Flash entries each month• Reconcile intercompany accounts and make necessary corrections after researching• Prepare North Dakota taxes, submit required reports to the state and pay taxes monthly • Apply cash receipts for Midstream companies and clear up outstanding accounts receivable balances• Reconcile monthly assigned balance sheets and support audits (internal and external)

• Perform day-to-day activities with respect to accounts payable, physical and financial commodity trade settlements, accounts receivable collections, pipeline/storage reconciliations and actualizations, and estimate-to-actual difference analysis• Research, initiate, and coordinate timely invoicing of natural gas sales and purchases• Resolve trade pricing & volume discrepancies• Settle monthly physical and financial trades, storage and transportation charges, and clearinghouse and broker fees• Record monthly journal entries for various storage facilities, park and loans, imbalances and other accounting entries as needed• Settle daily foreign currency trades• Prepare scheduled reports for internal and external customers and other ad hoc reports as required (i.e. daily cash margin) • Support month-end close activities and reporting for group consolidation• Reconcile general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and net-outs• Research and report prior period adjustments• Reconcile natural gas and foreign current trading activity, margin accounts, and broker fees with exchanges, clearinghouse and other counterparties with trading system

• Responsible for 3rd party and intercompany settlements• Reconciliation of third party, inter-company pipeline, and storage statements• Actualization of volumes in the Endur trading system• Record and communicate prior-period adjustments• Create customer & transportation invoices and facilitate the process of cash receipts and disbursements in a timely manner; Also handle cash outs and imbalance trades• Confirm imbalance and storage activity and update summaries of cumulative balances on a monthly basis• Record monthly journal entries for various storage facilities, park and loans, and imbalances• Perform monthly account reconciliation for balance sheet accounts• Address customer inquiries and work closely with Commercial, Contract Administration, and external auditors. This includes researching and resolving volumetric and pricing discrepancies• Research and resolve AP & AR aging items

• Responsible for invoicing third parties & settling natural gas movements• Validate transactions prior to settlements, coordinate with counterparties to resolve transaction discrepancies as well internal groups • Complete margin reconciliations at Actuals and Estimates for gas region and resolve differences• Record monthly journal entries and support of the close process• Balance sheet account reconciliation and variance analysis.• Record and communicate prior-period adjustments• Research and resolve AR/AP aging items as well as payment disputes• Work closely with traders, scheduler, gas manager/supervisor, and actualization group

• Volume actualization of monthly Petrochemical movements • Ensure accurate invoicing of customers and resolve any errors in the customer billing process• Process purchases in a timely manner to ensure proper payment• Ability to interpret contracts in order to process and communicate with counterpart• Reconcile inventory plants and resolve discrepancies• Effectively interact with traders, contract administrators, schedulers and customers in order to resolve any issues• Record journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts• Weekly cash forecasting of A/P and A/R for specific area• Perform month end close and book revenues/expenses to SAP

FINANCIAL ANALYST – • Manage vendor rebates, other income, and gas loyalty programs• Invoicing and Reconciliation of rebates and gas loyalty program• Responsible for monthly closing procedures including journal entries• Customer Account Reconciliations and Setups• Investigate and initiate resolution of financial data• Work with various groups to ensure financial accounts are current BILLING ANALYST – • Process, verify, and record bulk sales, purchases, exchange and inventory movements• Actualization of purchases/sales volumes for Refined products• Research and respond to internal and external customer inquiries• Perform accounts payable and receivable in SAP – Purchases and Sales• Ensure customer billings/payments are performed in a timely manner• Provide analytical analysis on financial transactions• Reconciliation of various A/P and A/R accounts • Work in partnership with traders and schedulers regarding bulk movements, billing, location discrepancies, etc.• Assist with any auditing requirements as well as any special projects• Review, analyze, and resolve any discrepancies pertaining to accounting system and customer inquiries• Provide financial information by running various reports and downloading information• Perform month end closingFINANCIAL ASSISTANT – • Preparation, recording and reconciliation of journal entries.• Generation and distribution of monthly system financial, error, and control reports.• Reconciliation of SAP accounts and related supporting documents.• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of quarterly and annual O&O budgeting and forecasting • Perform monthly analysis for cost centers and profit centers; Communicate monthly and quarterly results to regional managers • Input of product prices and metrics into respective system(s): SAP, Intranet, and Combined Reporting• Fulfillment of various ad hoc reporting requirements
