Responsible for managing and implementing, contract initiation, monitoring and compliance activities, in accordance with the City's contracting policies and procedures for all of the City's construction contracts. Management of 15 person team.

Bellevue

I supervise and perform the purchasing, procurement and fixed asset functions for the college. Including writing contracts, and soliciting and evaluating bids. Including RFPs, RFQs, RFQQs, RFPs, IFBs, and more. In addition, I also supervise staff and provide direction and guidance in all areas of the purchasing system, procurement cards, posting data into the fixed asset system and the reconciliation of all equipment purchases to the inventory system. Currently, I am implementing a new purchasing system. In addition I work with vendors, develop, and oversee all contracts for the college.

Responsible for the management and supervision of Community Programs, including budget creation and accountability, hiring and staffing of instructors and the overall operations of Art and Design, and Personal Enrichment programs.Interview, recruit, and hire instructor candidates in conjunction with the Community Programs management team. Prepare written summaries for instructors regarding their performance and recommendations, and work with instructors in resolving expressed concerns.Interact with other departments to maximize revenue and student benefit. Oversee budget, and Instructor Payment.Create new courses, and certificate programs. Develop Student shows. Counsel students.
