-Oversee the creation and implementation of two academic programs within the Lead Up Academy leadership course. -Provide leadership development for advised students through department partnerships and theory-based opportunities. -Advise 14 interns with developing skills in teamwork, event planning and management, leadership workshop facilitation, and NACE professional competencies.-Serves as an advisor to 41 student organizations and oversees events and travel programs, as well as approved all financials -Participate in the development and assessment of learning goals for advised students. -Assist in outreach, hiring, and training of Lead Interns and Office Assistants

-Supervise over 90 lab consultants in the day-to-day management of all College Avenue computer labs through performance tracking systems. -Coordinate back-end logistics related to hiring, policy creation, and trainings for over 200 applicants.

-Advocated for an improved adult learner and transfer student experience through research and enhancing policies amongst campus stakeholders. -Analyzed transfer and non-traditional student success strategies demonstrating positive retention, academic performance, and graduation outcomes. -Collaborated on the development and outreach for first-year transfer student focus groups with Student Orientation and Transition Programs. -Participated on the Rutgers, New Brunswick Committee of Transfer Policies and Practices.

-Designs and implements a comprehensive conference program for children in first to third grade, incorporating a variety of activities to promote education of Taiwanese culture and social-emotional skills.-Recruits, interviews, trains, and supervises a team of 15 counselors to ensure compliance with safety protocols and policies from both TANG and the hosting university. -Manages the budget and financial operations of the program, including expenses for supplies, equipment, and staff reimbursement.

-Advise students in a one-on-one setting for career development through resume review, practice interviews, and/or general career advising drop-in appointments-Present and connects CDS opportunities, services, and resources to incoming students and their family members.-Assist with the development of the Fall 2023 Career Fair, Reverse Career Fair, and other workshops and events

-Interviewed, trained, and supervised a staff of 18 Orientation Leaders for the 3 months of the program. -Organized and implemented virtual events for a first-year class of 6,300 students to promote connectivity among each other.-Delivered presentations about campus resources, civil discourse, and community engagement to over 9,000 incoming students and parents.
