Started my own small business in Oakville as a private swim instructor. Went to clients homes to teach children and adolescents swimming.

Certified over 1,200 students in Basic First Aid as a Member of the T.A.L.K (Teaching Adolescents Lifesaving Knowledge) Team in 2010. Visited different elementary schools in the Oakville area, teaching children in grades six and seven through two hour long training coursesTeaching swimming to children ages infant to young adult, as well as lifeguarding.

Supervised children ages 6-14 during their overnight camping experience on Beausoleil Island. Taught swimming, arts/crafts and drama and lived with campers in their cabins.
