As a Senior Customer Success Manager, I focused primarily on cultivating relationships and growing FWI's top Enterprise-level accounts in the healthcare and corporate industries, with over $3.5 million of ARR in my book of business that I was directly responsible for retaining and growing in partnership with the FWI Sales team. I worked directly with clients on conversion and optimizing value of FWI's Cloud system for a scalable content management experience, client retention by partnering with the Renewals team to prevent churn, and creating pipeline for product sales. I cultivated and managed relationships with large-scale and international clients across various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, and CPG to influence revenue growth and increased employer engagement. I also encouraged ongoing adoption and client engagement by analyzing business needs and advising on employee communications products, services, and software that meet business goals while aligning with industry best practices.To ensure the long-term success of our clients, I partnered with IT leaders, marketing professionals, human resources teams, and corporate and internal communications staff to help clients evolve and expand their engagements. I also drove annual account planning and success road maps for retention, renewals, growth, and recaptured revenue. I also had the opportunity to spearhead hiring, training, and employee engagement efforts to support the growth of both CSM and renewal teams by conducting one-on-one interviews to evaluate potential fit and qualifications.
