Kelda Hwanampe, known as MissHwan, is a social intrapreneur, project manager, consultant, and business development associate focused on sustainable, community-driven initiatives. Inspired by her mentor, Kwaku Ofori Dompere, MissHwan founded the Hwanworld Foundation to address critical needs in education, health, and well-being for children and marginalized communities. The foundation, which advances SDG 3 (Good Health & Well-being) and SDG 4 (Quality Education), owes much of its success to the invaluable contributions of dedicated volunteers and collaborations with intelligent, young changemakers.MissHwan has led impactful programs like "Santa Comes to Town" and "Rahabba Ramadan," benefiting over 1,000 individuals by providing essential resources such as nutrition, healthcare, and mentorship. Her leadership at Hwanworld has included optimizing operations to reduce expenses by 30%, while securing partnerships with 15 organizations, thus expanding sponsorships, volunteer engagement, and media visibility.In the business development sphere, Hwan has supported growth across multiple sectors, building strategic relationships and securing contracts totaling over $120k. She generates an average of 50 leads annually, with a 4% conversion rate, contributing to sustainable growth for businesses with a focus on social impact.MissHwan’s advocacy work also extends to healthcare campaigns with Proffer Aid International Foundation, where her efforts helped provide subsidized medical services to over 50,000 women and children. These initiatives improved access to critical healthcare services, including cancer screening. As President of the Interact Club, guided by patron Kwaku Ofori Dompere, she organized blood drives and health conferences, directly contributing to SDG 3 (Good Health & Well-being).Creativity and storytelling are central to Hwan’s approach.
