• Advised and prepared the transaction documents in respect of a multi-million Naira project finance provided by the bank to a developer for the construction of 16 units of luxury maisonettes and two units of luxury penthouses in Banana Island, Lagos State;• Advised and prepared the transaction documents in respect of a N5.5B joint development project, partly financed by the Bank for the development of 60 units (comprising of 58 units of 4 bedroom flats and 2 units of penthouses maisonettes with 2 boys quarters each) in Banana Island, Lagos State;• Reviewed the transaction documents (including a Master Lending Agreement) between the Bank and a government owned bank in respect of an on-lending N3B facilities advanced to the Bank by the federal government owned bank;• Developed template agreements for various Fintech transactions undertaken by the Bank, including virtual account services, e-transfer services, and agent banking transactions, card processing and BIN sponsorship agreements, etc.•Drafting and review of various commercial agreements including security documents, Joint Venture Agreements, Software Licence Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Non-Disclosure Agreement, bank guarantees, advance payment guarantees, bid bonds, custom bonds, etc.•Review of collateral documents and legal advisory on the propriety of such documents;

- Conducted due diligence for Savannah Petroleum Plc. (Savannah) in relation to the ongoing $600,000,000 acquisition of oil and gas assets and shares of certain subsidiaries of Seven Energy International Limited (Seven Energy) by Savannah Petroleum Plc. and also prepared the relevant documentation for the transfer of Seven Energy’s properties and pipeline rights of way to Savannah’s entities;- Prepared Construction Contract and Mechanical and Electrical Installation Agreement for the construction of two (2) wing duplexes on a property situate at Banana Island, Lagos;-Advised and prepared a Joint Venture Development Agreement (and other relevant documents) for the construction of four (4) units of four (4) Bedroom Semi-Detached/Terraced Duplexes with one (1) Room Domestic Servants’ Quarters each; as well as four (4) Units of two (2) Bedroom Apartments and ancillary facilities on an expanse of land in Lekki, Lagos; -Led the team of lawyers that advised a client (and reviewed the documentation) for the sale of adjoining properties situate at 27A & 27B Rumens Road, Ikoyi in Lagos Nigeria worth over $11m.- Prepared a legal opinion for a client on the Legality of Annual Operating Levy vis-à-vis the Nigerian Communications Act, the Annual Operating Levy Regulations and the Nigerian Tax Laws and Rules;- Part of the team that conducted a litigation audit for MTN Communications Limited on cases pending in court within the South-West part of Nigeria;- Prepared a legal opinion for Diamond Bank Plc (Now Access Bank) on the legal requirements for the establishment of primary mortgage bank, finance company, insurance company, discount houses & bureau de change;- Negotiation of real estate transactions and perfection of title to lands and mortgages for banks and other corporate organisations;

• Reviewed an agreement for the Implementation of Network Quality Management System EXFO Monitoring Equipment between a client and MTN Communications Limited;• Reviewed an agreement for the Supply, Construction and Implementation of Metro Fibre Network between a client and Airtel Networks Limited;• Drafted an agreement for the Provision of Advertising Development, Media Planning, Consumer Activation and Digital Activation Services;• Prepared a legal opinion for a finance company on the proposed Marina Quaside Strip Project; • Part of the team that conducted seminars and trainings for Daystar Church on child protection laws in Nigeria in line with the executive order of the Lagos State Government on child protection policies; • Represented clients in various commercial litigations; • Part of the legal team that represented a developer in a multi-million Naira housing project in a Public-Private Partnership with the Bayelsa state government;
