I have over 5 years of experience in the field of public health research and education. This I have garnered during and after my post graduate diploma in education and master's degree in public health from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto and University of Ibadan respectively. I have worked with health-related Non-Governmental Organisations based in Enugu State and FCT, Nigeria. Currently, I worked as a health education instructor in a public secondary school in FCT for five years where I have graduated three sets of students. I am currently a PhD student and Teaching Assistant at Queen's University and my focus is Health Promotion.My research area of interest includes school-based health promotion, youth and sexuality, sexual and reproductive health, skills-based health education, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. I have successfully published some of my research papers in peer-reviewed academic journals, and presented at international conferences. As a pastime, I am developing a Do-It-Yourself manual for SPSS.
