Working for several departments, including HR and Supply Chain. I brought in temporary associates, entered their information into the system, and orientated them upon arrival. I assigned and reassigned badges to employees. I kept up with attendance based on a point system and entered vacation requests into the same system. I was responsible for enrolling associates into the time clocks. I answered phones daily along with emails from throughout the company. I kept up with attendance, write up, and evaluation spreadsheets in Excel daily. I was responsible for filing information. In Supply Chain, I was responsible for maintaining an Excel spreadsheet of incoming containers, based on what the company had ordered along with multiple Excel spreadsheets. I use SAP daily to check incoming materials, make an close production orders, receive packages, and invoice.In Training and Safety, I use Excel to maintain a document showing who has received proper training. I keep in contact with all supervisors when it comes to associate issues and things they need done in SAP or spreadsheets. I also will create spreadsheets when needed.
