As a dedicated Peer Coordinator at Youth Rising, I am passionate about empowering youth in need to reach their full potential. In my role, I work closely with young individuals, helping them navigate through various challenges and guiding them toward valuable support services, resources, and opportunities.I help manage the oversight of program goals, documentation, and reporting, utilizing tracking systems to monitor and enhance youth development progress. By maintaining a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, workshops, and other engagement opportunities, I help expand our reach and impact within the community. Building and nurturing relationships with collaborative partners is another key aspect of my role. These partnerships are vital in creating a robust support network that benefits the youth we serve!My commitment to making a difference in the lives of young individuals drives everything I do at Youth Rising!
