Within my rewarding career as a K-12 Educator, I’ve worked closely with teachers and students, serving as a coach, listener, learner, and advocate. My belief in the power of collaboration is unwavering; I genuinely believe that we are better together, and I’m always ready to support and empower others.I am driven by my commitment to working with and for individuals, helping them achieve their goals and aspirations. My approach to understanding and assisting people involves listening and asking thoughtful questions.Throughout my career, I’ve taken on various roles within the K-12 education system, an accomplishment I take great pride in. I’ve also had the privilege of creating and delivering professional learning opportunities for educators, enabling them to grow and provide enhanced learning experiences for their students. Additionally, I’ve been involved in developing after-school programs that enriched students’ lives beyond the classroom.Outside of my professional life, I’m an active volunteer with a local nonprofit, giving back to the community that has given me so much. I’m also passionate about travel, cooking, exercise, and reading. I cherish my alone time, yet I’m always eager to catch up with friends over a beverage – connecting with others is a true joy.As a newly retired educator, I’m excited about the possibilities ahead and the opportunity to continue positively impacting individuals and communities, driven by my passion for mentorship, coaching, and facilitating growth.
