- Conduct regular audit and review of financial statements to both listed and non-listed companies in accordance with the regulations issued by Hong Kong Stock Exchange or other regulatory bodies.- Draft and prepared audit reports and other legal documents in accordance with listing rules;- Perform financial statements analysis by making comparison with industry benchmark or analyzing year-on-year data’s fluctuation to identify the trend and unusual variation and help client to identify growth area and make operation decision.- Collect and analyze market's data and regulation policy, helped client to shortlist potential investment targets.-Take the lead in regular communications with both managers and clients to control overall audit field work progress and ensure on track with the designed schedule and coach team members as in-charge of the engagement.- Rated as "Higher Performer" (top 25%) for 1st year, "Exceptional" (top 10%) for 2nd year and "Higher Performer" (top 25%) for 3rd year.
