Fit Kristen Personal Training began as a mobile business in Virginia, training clients outside or in their preferred environment. The company has evolved and moved around the country, serving clients and athletes in Lake Tahoe, Alaska, and Hawaii. Virtual programming and support is available, as well as in-person services at the Fit Kristen home gym, currently located in Honolulu, HI.

Organize and run the Anchorage office location. Conduct inventory, program and test equipment, catalog in software programs, schedule installations, communicate with subscribers.

The Honolulu Club closed permanently due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Developing fitness programs for clients depending on their goals: weight loss, injury recovery, sports-specific training, general mobility. Instructing fitness classes and group training sessions. Started and instruct the company's first Pilates Mat Class at the South location.

Creating Pilates Bodies one day at a time.

Teaching group classes and working one-on-one with clients to safely transition them from Physical Therapy to regular and more vigorous exercise.

Recommended 150 varieties of cheese and wine pairings. Worked retail and restaurant while I was getting my Personal Trainer Certification.

Policy Issues pertaining to Dept. of Defense, Foreign Affairs, Intelligence, Energy, Agriculture, Environment, Natural Resources, Education, Labor, and Indian Affairs for US Senator Dean Heller-NV in the Washington, DC office.

Internship with Heidi Jo Markel answering and directing phone calls, managing company records and data filing, coordinating travel and event management for film screenings, premieres, receptions, and film festivals. Reading screenplays and writing coverage on various film projects.

Received PoliSci course credit for working with CNN covering the 2008 DNC in Colorado.
