I was invited to work at ILSC NY, after being part of the community for 8 months as a student. In this temporary role I was required to be proactively engaged with students and to multitask between office and outdoor activities. I was also responsible for: welcoming new students, agents, and guests; creating content for ILSC NY Facebook page and Instagram; managing, creating and coordinating school activities; Supporting Portuguese speakers as interpreter.

Created marketing campaigns target by selecting customers in big corporate databases, writing SQL queries (Teradata) or using other tools to manipulate, filter and consolidate data. Campaigns were mostly divided by segments and personas. Main banking channels service included: email marketing, call center, ATM, direct mail and mobile.Working in campaigns also included watching focus groups tests, A/B testing, visiting internal areas such bank branches to learn more about products and services, measuring campaign effectiveness, and collaborating with the creation of products/services life cycle.Single point of contact and unique responsible for analyzing effectiveness of special campaigns and reporting the results to senior management.
