In three years, under Lee’s management, ABCSI has successfully: Developed a robust portfolio of owned original content globally, resulting in 3 series produced, 3 series in production in 2020, and 33 projects in development worldwide; Built strong relationships with established and emerging international talent, production companies, international networks and streaming platforms; Financed its productions by securing substantial international tax incentives from federal and state governments and strategic international pre-salesPrior to ABCSI, Lee was EVP/Head of Talent and Casting at ABC Entertainment Group (ABCEG), a position she held for more than a decade. In this capacity, Lee oversaw all talent, casting, and talent deal negotiations for ABC Network and ABC Studios.
