I am a doctoral candidate in sociolinguistics interested in exploring how people's identities and stances affect the way they use and perceive language. My research utilizes psycholinguistic and sociolinguistic approaches to explore speech perception and convergence. Aside from research, I have over eight years of experience in foreign/second language pedagogy and medical interpreting.
