I am an entrepreneurial minded individual pursuing degrees in business and global studies. My passion is coffee, the journey that a coffee bean takes around the world is complicated and fascinating! I spent my teenage summers working as an intern for a company by the name Continuity Products. My responsibilities ranged from: Organizing company filing, interning for the marketing department, interning for the finance department, sales/manufacturing and general office tasks. While in High School I managed what we called a "Social Gaming Community"​. At its highest functioning point, the social network consisted of roughly 5000 people. The community was organized around a website and forum board; with members ranging from the ages of 14-42 years of age. We were able to create a social gaming environment using x-box live as our platform, which provided an educational and entertainment value to our customers (members of the community). The network was organized by a "business like" management structure that taught essential problem solving and managerial skills to members of the community. We also developed News, Marketing, Video Production and Graphic Design Teams to help expand and innovate the community. This helped to develop skills that could be applied in the customers daily life. I managed this network for nearly two and half years before stepping aside to pursue school and other endeavors. This experience gave me skills in: Management, Communication (Mass and Interpersonal), Human Resources, Leadership, Online Marketing and Strategic Planning.
