My personal mission is simple: Empower people and organizations to reach their full potential. In my 20's, I wanted to be a college professor. So I earned a Ph.D. in organizational psychology and got as much teaching and research experience as I could. But then an unexpected turn working in HR for one of the most well-known companies in the world -- some would say "the happiest place on earth!" -- set me on a different path.Since then, my work in talent management has transformed organizations by helping people perform at their best, have satisfying careers, and leave their mark on the world through their work.
