Coinpliance's mission is to aid and contribute to the growing Bitcoin industry ecosystem. One of the major hurdles facing nascent Bitcoin companies is the regulatory and compliance requirements at all levels of government on an international basis. Coinpliance seeks to automate and offload these burdens and enable the companies to concentrate on their core.

Mobux Americas was a joint venture company designed to facilitate the development and growth of mobile payments technologies in the United States via leveraging techniques and experience gained in the African marketplace.

Involved initially as an investor then assisted in technology planning and development and analysis with the Department of Defense Medical Healthcare System project.

Led the acquisition integration of the Onyx Technologies 4score product suite into the Telecommunications and Financial Systems divisions. Consulted on product development for both divisions and worked with clients such as VISA and TSYS on custom product offerings.

Onyx Technologies was founded in response to a lack of technical innovation in the areas of customer acquisition and risk mitigation, originally in the field of wireless telecommunications. Our 4score platform was then extended to multiple other industries such as student loans and private label credit cards including clients such as American Express.

Comprehensive project development for a joint venture between BellSouth Cellular Corporation and the Home Shopping Network. This effort involved the first national wireless customer acquisition and activation of wireless devices ever formed in the US. Worked with Houston Cellular developing interfaces and improvements to a custom point of sale project.

Primarily dealt with custom integration of DAPG's corporate cash management software into internal bank systems and electronic payment systems. Projects ranged from SWIFT wire transfer interfaces across USA, Europe and Asia to in-house custom book transfer in Scotland and USA. Clients were primarily tier 1 international banking institutions.

Developed core modifications to Disc's cash management solution deployed at over 50 major Banks across the USA and internationally. Platforms included Stratus, DEC ( VMS & Ultrix ), RS/6000 and RT. Revised the systems internal time mechanisms to account for Global differing timezone cutoffs for electronic funds transfers.

Developed custom software for utilizing integrated barcode scanning devices. Primarily for tracking and inventory applications such as package tracking for Federal Express and medical waste tracking for Waste Management Industries/Browning Ferris. Involved both proprietary device programming and server side development.
