About Kell Delaney
I am a curious and creative learner who most enjoys the "play" of good conversation. I am fascinated and experienced with dialogue, collaboration, conflict communication, restorative justice, and non-violent communication. Our conversations create our world, our organizations, and our relationships and the great news is that we have choice and influence over the ways we interact with one another. By increasing our self-awareness and applying some basic principles of human connection we can dramatically improve our relationships, our businesses and organizations, and ourselves. I most enjoy the challenge of integrating and applying these principles to the digital space. Specifically, navigating the delicate balance where the "human" and technology intersect. From remote and distributed teams, the increasing demand to adopt new technologies, and the need to collaborate across the digital realm, we are all feeling the pressure (and anxiety!) of these many changes and not knowing what to do about it. Yet, the core needs of all human beings has not changed. Shifting the focus so that technology supports and even enhances these core needs is my most enjoyable field of play.Using a combination of teaching, facilitating, mentoring, and hosting carefully designed experiences I partner with people and organizations to build trusting relationships. It is through these relationships where engaged learning, experimentation, and new ways of living, working, and being are revealed and created. Like children at play, all of us (adults included), learn, adapt, and grow best when we actively experiment within the needs, demands, and realities of our everyday lives. What better way to improve our teams, organizations, companies, communities, and families than to strengthen our relationships and ability to bring out the best of ourselves and others? This is what I do.
Listed skills include Public Speaking, Leadership, Teaching, Coaching, and 19 others.

Consultant & Virtual Experience Designer
Our conversations are what connect us, give meaning to our life, and make our work happen. Improve your conversations and suddenly you have the tools to improve your work, life, and relationships--this is what I do, and I love it. I work with organizations and individuals to help them notice where the conversations they are having are helping or hurting what they are trying to accomplish, and then I help them do something about it, learning skills, increasing awareness, and creating practices that have an ongoing impact for years to come. An area of specific focus and interest for me is the intersection of technology, conversation, and work and I help organizations figure out how technology can improve the quality of the conversations they are having. From webinars, to messaging, to email, to audio and video connections. What is the conversation you most need to have now and what will help you have it?
