I work with organizations and individuals to help them notice where the conversations they are having are helping or hurting what they are trying to accomplish, and then I help them do something about it, learning skills, increasing awareness, and creating practices that have an ongoing impact for years to come. An area of specific focus and interest for me is the intersection of technology, conversation, and work and I help organizations figure out how technology can improve the quality of the conversations they are having. • Coordinated state/federal grant money to help cover insurance costs for people living with HIV/AIDS.• Managed a caseload of 35 clients, state funding, and their insurance companies.• Managed the organizational funding for all clients through coordination with case managers.• Inclusiveness Committee–Represented BCAP, along with the Executive Director and 2 board members, onan organizational inclusiveness project, funded by a grant from the Denver Foundation. BCAP was 1 of 10organizations in the State of Colorado awarded the inclusiveness grant.• Sat on the State Department of Health Committee for the Health Insurance Assistance Program (HIAP) asa representative of BCAP.

• Responsibilities included working with high school students and their families at a boarding school for “family-based character education.”• Challenge Course Director—Created a curriculum and trained students to work with parents, peers,and teachers on the high elements ropes course. Also, created a curriculum for work with initiatives, trust games, and other challenge elements for work with group, interpersonal, and family challenges.• Family Education Center—facilitated parents, students, and other faculty in the parent program to help aid them in their personal growth and help them establish a vision for their family’s personal growth.
