Ethics and community create the foundation for a great leader and a successful team. I found a great love in association management. The diversity of advocacy, education, and relationships was exciting and a new challenge every day. Managing the operations was a pleasure, and frequent opportunities to facilitate industry training was always a great time. I have a passion for facilitating training, especially regarding Fair Housing. Prior, I worked in property management, in one aspect or another, since 1993. Primarily, I have experience in the Albuquerque market, but had the opportunity to work in the Las Vegas, NV and El Paso, TX markets in addition to a limited time in Tucson, AZ. Many of my jobs in the past have had a focus in training, which is an area that I truly enjoy.
