The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for the development and management of the logistics associated with building and running a business and carrying out all of the company's essential duties. Core requirements include developing workplace processes and implementing strategies to drive business goals, creating an employee taxonomy, and establishing communication and efficiency across the organization. Key accomplishments include the development of the core infrastructure on which the business is operating, acceptance into the inaugural cohort of the On Deck Accelerator (ODX1) program, and the generation of a $13M customer waitlist.

The Knowledge Society is a human accelerator designed for students age 13-17 with the mission of building the next-generation of global leaders who have a strong sense of purpose, tenacity, resourcefulness, leadership, and vision. The Associate Director supports all aspects of the day-to-day operations of a city, including participant selection and interviewing, one-on-one and group student support, curriculum design and implementation, program logistics, and operations.Key projects include recruitment of Program Directors and Associate Directors, curriculum design and program development, grant writing, and development and analysis of participant assessments.

The Director of Assessment and College Effectiveness oversees the continuous development and implementation of the assessment and college effectiveness process by which the College of Education (COE) measures improvement and holds itself accountable. The Director plays a critical role on the COE leadership team while working directly with the Executive Associate Dean. Key accomplishments include the automatizing of accountability reporting tools and doubling the rate of student exit survey responses.

The Learning and Development Specialist serves as program manager for learning and development programs including Connect, the two-day new hire onboarding process, the online curriculum library, and the Wellness Series program. A key accomplishment was the development of the Collaborative Mentorship Program, a first of its kind mentorship initiative providing scaffolded, one-on-one mentorship between junior employees and company leaders - focused on career development and execution of personal goals.
