Current• Human Resources Administrator – Onboarding and Offboarding employees, managing benefits and compensation, administering HR policies and procedures, HR software implementation, resolution of employee disputes, working with people from diverse backgrounds, maintaining accurate employee records, answer and assist employees with inquiries and changes regarding health benefits, vacation/sick time, and 401K options.• Office Manager – Training employees to manage other branch offices, answer the phone, open and sort mail, stocking supplies, cleaning the office.• Accounts Receivable Manager – Maintaining the billing system, generating invoices and account statements, maintaining accounts receivable files and reports, producing monthly financial reports, following up on outstanding invoices, new vendor setup.• Project Coordinator– setting up new projects, analyzing data, document specialist, collaborating with project manager and general contractors.
