I assist our libraries in understanding, utilizing, and onboarding Sage resources on their campuses.

Create and present lunch and learns for topics such as Trauma Informed Care for Healthier Workplaces and Conducting Efficient and Ethical Searching in the Workplace.

In this position I provided guidance in the Peer Coaching and Tutoring programs and collaboratively managed the Coaching Program for adult learners receiving advanced degrees. I established and created professional learning across departments to ensure goals were reached, time management was effectively implemented, and learners felt comfortable utilizing various educational technologies.This included creating and implementing a framework and policy documentation for development coaching and expanding and regulating hiring and management procedures for the Graduate Assistantship program. In addition to creating procedure documentation, created a training program for all stakeholders after conducting interviews and surveys for needs assessment.

Cross functional team project and product management. On average I managed five projects simultaneously across multiple organizations from initiation to landing, including technical management of all Springshare products, grant oversight, space redesigns, event planning, and curriculum development. Employed mixed methodologies and research design to conduct needs assessment and create stakeholder buy-in. Through this work, I was responsible for documenting workflows, updating policies and procedures, conducting cost-benefit analysis, creating editorial guidelines, and creating standard operating procedures.-Oversight of a grant funded project to build a wellness room in the library, which resulted in success metrics being exceeded and subsequently being awarded additional funds for an expansion to help meet demand.-Consistently executed at least 12 events per year. This included launching new exhibits, hosting webinars for an international audience, and building a technical training workshop schedule. These efforts led to a 35% increase in attendance at events and a statistically significant increase in positive feedback for service offerings.Developed, hosted, and managed videos, webinars, and symposium utilizing products such as Camtasia, Zoom, and Adobe Suite to build engaging and accessible resources adhering to Universal Design standards and appealed to a large audience of diverse learners. -Relaunched the use of an institutional YouTube account, -Produced and maintained a repository of digital learning objects-Planned a Trauma Informed Care Symposium as well as other webinars and conferences.

Assisted customers, in real time, with a multitude of inquiries through email and chat communications.

Predominately this position required me to teach large quantities of classes and conduct numerous research coaching sessions. While this position was heavily based in instruction and learning development, it also required me to build outreach marketing materials, to assist with a variety of special projects, and be heavily engaged in research design and UX work. Some examples of projects I executed while here include:-Product and project management for Springshare Suite in relation to virtual reference support. Led the initiative to transition hundreds of FAQs into new software. Built training opportunities for educators on how to use edtech resources and enhance their skill set.-Builing an online repository of best practices resources for online learning across different departments of educators in several countries.-Creating and managing communication, social media, and marketing materials. Launched the Coles Science Center Twitter.

I was responsible for product management of electronic resources, with an emphasis on process improvements and technical upkeep.-Created new communication channels to better implement regular schedules for maintenance and customer support to international stakeholders.-Cross functional team project management. This included UX and process improvement committee oversight for updating website, database functionality, and statistical analysis. This work culminated in building training for employees across the globe, hosting learning objects and online meetings to meet all stakeholder needs.-Conducted analysis of and wrote reports reviewing products, approaches to service, and organizational culture and presented to leadership, then assisted in change management to meet proposed outcomes.

In this newly formed position I oversaw the development of outreach and engagement systems, while simultaneously balancing a multitude of various back-end projects, teaching, and coaching students in large numbers. This required me to be an expert in project management, event planning, curriculum building, and marketing. Some examples of projects I oversaw include:-Launching the use of Springshare products and creating designing usability testing and research plans to appropriately analyze the use and subsequent needs. Had over 1,500 customer uses within a year of launching Springshare.-Strategic Management of cross-functional teams in building the first online course for the college. Launched the course within an ambitious timeline of 8 weeks. -Redesigning the Personal Librarian Program and launching multiple new forms of stakeholder communication channels, including a newsletter, and the use of three new social media platforms.-Managing the International Baccalaureate partnership program. Planned two to three events per academic year, built learning objects, and conducted research consultations with high school students. Under this oversight, saw 50% growth in research consultations and use of learning objects from this program.

This included building workshops, trainings, and how-to guides.
