It allows you to easily see how your company is doing compared to your peers, learn from expert advisers sharing insights, and make meaningful business decisions based on the knowledge gained.

Collaborate with Dr. Charlie Hall (Texas A&M University) and Kip Creel (Standpoint Inc.) to develop and execute the innovative "mini MBA style" one-year certificate program for business leaders in commercial horticulture, now accepting applications for the ninth (!) year of students. Guide the development of the EAGL brand through additional programming serving our program graduates (EAGL Explorations and the biennial "Delta Track" conference) as well as creating partnerships and certification programs for affiliated and closely-aligned industries.

A contracted project manager working closely with the GWSCPA Executive Director & NFP Committee collaborating to create the event design and produce the logistics for the annual GWSCPA Not-for-Profit Finance & Accounting Symposium, held annually in Washington DC. Event has expanded exponentially since 2008, now serving more than 750 participants and 20+ sponsors annually at progressively larger venues. Beyond vendor contracting, primary roles include balancing attendee experience design and cost controls.

Collaborate with Erin Gibbons, principal at Launch Lab Creative, and Jennie Tollefson on an as-needed basis to apply senior-level expertise for the benefit of Launch Lab clients crafting powerful naming strategies, communications plans, and creating dynamic events that generate results. Notable clients served: Merchology (formerly Corporate Direct Apparel), BrookLynk, Perk's MessFest (Charity Events of Minnesota), K. Hovnanian Homes, St. Paul's Right Track, Interior No. 3.
