I manage our team of IT Technicians as well as provide support of all levels to assigned clients, mostly in the K12 education space. From helping with an email login to full school build-outs. I am also leader of our Technical Alignment service which is used to audit our clients on a regular basis to identify improvements that allow them to run more efficiently and cut down on issues proactively.

Starting out as an intern in 2010, I've moved up in the company to the position of IT Consultant. In this position, I am personally responsible for the technology support and planning for my clients.

Created Nomad Detroit Coffee roasting company. Roast small batches of coffee. Provide coffee to Hunt Street Station co-working space in Detroit.

Provided computer software and hardware helpdesk support for the College of Engineering at Michigan State University.

While at Michigan State University I offered my graphics and web design skills to the Focal Point Student News production. Over my four years volunteering, I redesigned the graphics for the show and expanded the use of their graphics system by adding in templates for common video news production graphics, such as over-the-shoulder headline graphics and full screen lists. In addition to this, I also helped them launch a new a website based on Wordpress.
