Handling operational data expertise, dashboard design, and data analysis for United BioSource Corporation (UBC), supporting many of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies to improve patient lives.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* Building and continually improving Tableau dashboard offerings for business partners.* Monitoring and analyzing business performance, providing targeted dashboards and recommendations for operational improvement.* Serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business data, systems and processes under team’s area of support.* Writing and editing SQL code to ensure data is pulled optimally.

Responsible for Wyndham's flagship sales and marketing annual promotions, covering over ten thousand colleagues across every level of the business including VPs.- Setting annual criteria for over 70 roles, each with individual metrics, based on business targets.- Monthly generation of wide audience, high profile tracking reports for all eligible colleagues- Working with data from multiple partners across the business and multiple systems, developing ETL processes to build robust SAS datasets in order to build both regular and adhoc reporting- Responsible for ongoing project to mature team's reporting, emphasizing data reusabily and improving timelines of existing report delivery- Utilizing SAS, SQL, Excel, Access, Oracle (Hyperion), OBIEE and other systems to develop insight that drives sales and marketing performance across the US

Responsible for developing new reporting around safety and performance for teams throughout Florida, the success of which ultimately saw the reports adapted for use by operations reporting teams across the southeast- Provided support and guidance to VPs and Directors in order to drive improved performance through clearly communicated business plans, performance indicators, management models, governance, metrics and measures.- Aggregated data from Excel, PowerPivot, Access, SQL, Business Objects, Infopath, Sharepoint to build standalone Excel scorecards, including extensive VBA navigation and custom views.
