• Coordinate the manufacturing of prototype products; liaising with local Australian and off shore factories for development.

• Liaise with Sales team to ensure accurate and detailed Design packs are clearly marked and understood, enabling supplier to deliver accurate well fitting samples first time
• Initiate size specifications for each Development styles, adding value at every stage, to ensure all size specs, bra cups/wires, construction details and design sketch are correct and updated where necessary, to ensure.
• Determine Bra grades as per cup size, mould and wire sizes
• Access fabric, moulded cups, bra wires and embellishment limitations and discuss any complicated Technical issues with Account Manager to ensure issues are recognised and resolved early.
• Attend fit sessions with customer and model and advise clear detailed fit comments, including sketches and photos to supported comments and clarify points where necessary.
• Review fit samples and comments (if any) after fitting to ensure all amendments have been actioned from previous fit.
