Assisted busy real estate attorney with all aspects of real estate closings on a part time basis as needed.

Communicated with all parties involved in business dealings, including but not limited to, realtors, sellers, buyers, attorneys, lenders, mortgage brokers, various municipalities, lien search companies, bankers, surveyors, and all other relevant persons or services; ordered the following but not limited to, title searches, lien searches, Estoppel certificate's, CPL's, payoff's, title commitments, and other documents involved in closings for up to 10-15 properties simultaneously; prepared conveyance documents, Settlement Statements including HUD'S, CD'S, ALTA'S, Affidavit's, and any additional legal paperwork as necessary; conducted mobile closings as a notary public (ID GG-317031), arranging and executing closings, post closing procedures, and disbursements, and followed up on clients and updated all information as necessary.

Acted as the head assistant to a busy attorney with a demanding business schedule and investments portfolio; managed various property investments held by the attorney; conducted real-estate closings; ordered the following but not limited to, title searches, lien searches, Estoppel certificate's, CPL's, payoff's, title commitments, and other documents involved in closings for up to 4-7 properties simultaneously; maintained a functional and efficient office environment by ensuring all necessary documents were taken care of, communicated with relevant parties in supporting my job duties, and ensured the attorney’s deadlines were met.
