Assist Financial Controller in all Areas of Finance Department.Coordinate end of month closing, billing and accounts payables, check and close of Account books on Management System.Prepare local and Corporate Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Reports. Assist management with Group Financial Reports, as business unit Budget and Forecast. Review accounts reconciliation and provide detailed information for internal audit. Support internal audit regarding Billing and Payroll. Assist the development and implementation of standards in accordance with the Management Framework and Controls. Supervise and analyze outsourced accounting company reports, ensure tax and legal compliance.Coordinate all payroll process, with special attention to offshore employees. Ensure company's labor practices are in compliance with Brazilian Law in order to avoid labor disputes and minimize fraud.Manage and supervise all entries, approvals, set ups of Oracle modules including accounts, billing and finance (GL, AP, AR, billing).

Responsible for Accounts in Brazil including: Treasury, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Payroll, Legal and Taxes Issues, Invoicing, Accounts Reconciliation, General Ledger, Assets and Inventory Control, and Finance Reports. Together with third party Accountants, coordinate accounts internal activities, ensure tax and local compliance. Support annual external corporate audit. Translate and integrate business processes, data and operating environment requirements. Support the development and implementation of standards in accordance with the Management Framework and Controls. Coordinate monthly reporting and analysis of the company in Brazil. Prepare and analyze of monthly financial reports to the Headquarters in Singapore. Support strategic decisions, by establishing and calculating key performance indicators (KPIs) for the local business. Manage all financial aspects of the business such as budgets, forecasts, cash management, treasury and costs.
