With the Challenge Course I became very skilled at group development and conflict facilitation through sessions with groups of all ages while maintaining safety in a high ropes environment. I also reinvented and digitized the training and on-boarding process to help new employees get up to speed and have a resource that could be referenced in the field to ensure everything was done safely and correctly. At the Indoor Climbing Center I was responsible for maintaining the safety of a gym of climbers while managing staff and handling customer service.
