I am a Director and Co-Founder of ERC Contracting. My main role in this business is in sustainable deconstruction and promoting resource recovery in all areas of labour from office relocations to full house deconstructions. Over the last 3 years, we have made partnerships with Community Recovery Centres and Charitable Trust organisations to help influence and inspire more industries around New Zealand to divert resources from landfill. This is something my team and I at ERC Contracting are very passionate about and will strive to keep improving on. I have a degree in Biological Sciences, Majoring in Zoology and Ecology from the University of Auckland. I have always wanted to make a difference in the conservation and preservation of the environment and ecosystems. This has been a large factor in why we are so eager to divert waste from landfill as the current state of the waste sector is having massive repercussions on the climate and the surrounding ecosystems.I have 3 years of experience in the construction and recruitment industry and have honed my leadership, management and problem-solving skills.
