I Worked with various Mechanical, Electrical and hydraulic Machines/systems by determining if assembly followed quality procedure and print specification (Basic processes).I Interacted with Assemblers/Floor Personnel to make make sure processes and procedures produced boom lifts up to print specification and to look for opportunities to ease job function/process. I used various company software to update print Bills of Materials based on Engineering Change Orders/Requests. And generated engineering change orders as necessary. (Over 200 bills of material updates). To do this, I navigated two independent systems (Snorkel International, Ahern Engineering) to produce the necessary change.I interacted with Design engineering when questions about the print came up or if discrepancies were found in the model vs floor production.I used internal ERP system data to verify inventory location and produced initial plans in conjunction with inventory manager to reduce inventory shortages/mishaps. Had weekly meetings with all relevant stakeholders that resulted in feedback before Manufacturing Change request implementation (Inventory, Planning, Operations, PDM, Maintenance, etc.). No prior documentation coming into job. Generated documentation for job explaining step by step processes in workflow to help onboarding of future hires.

I worked in the core controls department for 6 months as temporary contract only hire through Actalent.I used Draftsight (Very similar to AutoCad) and Solid Works extensively to update models and draft electrical component models on an as needed basis.I was trained in Altec systems which includes Teamcenter and Oracle interaction and the Engineering change order and Engineering change request process.I interacted with both floor personnel and Engineering to determine best approach to updating older/legacy sheet metal models. Especially sheet metal models that weren't made in sheet metal mode (solid works) Contract expired end of July, no extra help was needed.

I used a variety of hand measuring tools to make sure product was up to specification.I engaged in meetings about 5S initiative.I worked with plant management to help pass an ISO 9001:2015 Audit and was trained to be an internal auditor.I worked with Machine Operators (As that was my previous roll) to help speed up production when necessary which included Train switch, Machine Operation of Press and Packing machine and Forklift and Crane operation (as needed, I received training for all of these in prior roll).
