Responsible quality assurance and the quality management system in two steel tubing production facilities. Conducted process audits of finished product, production processes and quality assurance procedures. Coordinated with operations team members to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions, leading to increased customer satisfaction. Identified opportunities for improvement in the manufacturing process and worked with team to develop and implement solutions.

Collaborated with manufacturers across Colorado as part of the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) network to enhance the competitiveness of Colorado manufacturers. Utilized a "train and do" approach to lead clients in problem identification and the development of solutions. Coached client team members on continuous improvement tools and techniques leading to enhanced profitability and business expansion.

Responsible for training and developing team members on continuous improvement methods in production and quality assurance departments company wide. Provided focused support to start-up manufacturing facility in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Responsible for the development and implementation of process improvements at the NWP Denver facility. Led improvement projects and facilitated change by coaching production and QA personnel on continuous improvement methodologies. Led cross-functional teams to identify and solve production and quality related problems, reducing delays, customer rejects and rework.

Held four leadership positions of increasing responsibility managing and directing operations and personnel in the transportation, storage, maintenance, and accountability of the second largest conventional munitions stockpile in the U.S. valued over $730 Million. Fulfilled additional duties managing fleet of 52 vehicles and 82 storage structures. Deployed to Kirkuk Air Base, Iraq, to lead a 4 person team in the accountability, maintenance, and transportation operations for a $1.5 Million Air Base ground defense munitions stockpile. Provided munitions expertise and support to Iraqi Air Force transition team while ensuring fulfillment of crucial munitions supplies to base defense forces.
