-Proactively build an inclusive community of riders in Chicago, IL by creating unique theme rides and inclusive spaces.-Assist riders with technical/mechanical support on the bike and in the studio to maximize the overall experience.-Deliver a holistic, curated 45-minute mind-body workout for every class using purposeful movement, music and choreography while ensuring the class is safe for all riders.-Communicate with the Talent Management and Instructor Development team on feedback, scheduling and continued development.-Promote SoulCycle marketing campaigns inside and outside the studio.-Led many organization-wide meetings and outward facing, roundtables, fireside coffee chats and cultural campaigns to highlight and celebrate the racially and intersectionality diverse talent within the company.Created the first-ever Black History Month theme ride at SoulCycle in February of 2017, which led to company-wide internal and external campaigns for Latinx Heritage Month, Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month and Women’s History Month.-Led and delivered SoulCycle’s People of Color Employee Resource Group for 18 months, working cross-functionally with all departments at SoulCycle and reporting directly to the VP of People to build a more inclusive and equitable workforce, including advocating for creating a Director of DEI role.-Provided innovative strategies to spearhead two successful sessions of the SoulScholarship program with Chicago Bulls College Prep and hosted a theme ride that raised over $2000 for the student’s college applications and books.-Created and hosted several community charity partnership rides at SoulCycle raising over $4,000 for St. Paul Saturdays (St. Louis, MO), $1200 for The OUT Foundation and $1100 for Chicago Task Force.

-Led with diversity, inclusion and equity as my north star at SoulCycle to ensure my classes reflect the entire community in Chicago and nationally.-Hosted a SoulCycle Instagram Live discussion with Rashad Robinson, President of Color of Change, to discuss the importance and impact of voting for intersectional communities.-Hosted a company-wide outward facing discussion on the Power of Storytelling with Arionne Nettles, rider and Professor of Instructor at Northwestern University, for SoulCycle’s Women’s History Month Portraits of Power campaign.

I scouted, sourced, interviewed, hired, on-boarded and trained talent for the expansion of Real Good Juice Co. from one location to five locations.

-Managed all aspects of the retail business, operations, and the strategy development of my team and St. Louis, Kansas City, and Chicago communities.-Built a well-rounded annual community initiative plan that included managing budgets for product testing, team community engagement and allocated hours for community team scheduled sweats.-Spearheaded our Ambassador search, enrollment, on-boarding, goal-setting and Ambassador pipeline.-Successfully built communities and supported the openings of four new stores in two different markets (St. Louis + KC) through relationship building and creating strategies to generate revenue that supported multi-million dollar stores.-Recruited and hired a strong pipeline of leaders through the laws of attraction that included at least two store managers, four assistant managers, and countless key leaders and educators; many of whom are still employed with lululemon today.-Cultivated a strong team of leaders through vision and goals, straight talk, intentional listening, feedback and the creation of development & action plans.-Enrolled, delegated, and managed the leadership team’s responsibilities within the store’s operation principles.
