I facilitated strategic and tactical decision-making to identify capability gaps and solve business needs including the analysis of people, processes and technology. Gathered and prioritized product requirements, defined product roadmap, and project managed release cycles for Acxiom’s Impact-X™ multichannel marketing platform.

Managed high-profile technology and retail accounts and led efforts to support client e-marketing campaigns, custom data transfers, creative development in addition to providing e-marketing best practices and guidance to clients to achieve program goals.

Led new client initiative, including database migration of 5MM customer records, for highest-grossing client of 2005 at Acxiom Digital. Also helped devise new campaign procedures for initiating and managing e-marketing campaigns across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of client database marketing campaigns, including campaign segmentation and targeting, testing, QA, scheduling, tracking and data reporting.

Developed strategic offline media plans for various Microsoft product launches, including a $700K national print campaign for Microsoft’s new Tablet PC. Administered critical data for Point Of Views (POVs), demographic profiles, media usage habits, media costs and competitive spending using online research tools.

Engaged in media planning/ buying for hi-tech B2B clients and conducted competitive research for new business presentations. Coordinated third-party ad server/traffic systems for interactive media campaigns.
