Kellen is a pioneer in the legal cannabis industry who helped build some of the industry's most iconic brands, first Multi-State operators, and largest private equity funds. Kellen has developed a well-earned reputation for delivering on key initiatives, working closely with some of the world’s largest brands across multiple sectors at all stages of development from inception to IPO. Prior to serving as a board director and executive in the cannabis sector, Kellen held several management positions across media, brand, and advertising. co-creator of Oakley's groundbreaking experiential program “Learn to Ride," where he produced branded content, influencer, and multimedia campaigns for Audi, T-Mobile, and Starbucks. Kellen is active in several children's charities and is a member of Big Brothers & Sisters of Los Angeles. He is also one of the nation’s most steadfast proponents of marijuana legalization efforts at local, state and federal levels, contributing both strategy, time, and capital to the nation's leading advocacy groups including a role as a Director for the United States Cannabis Counsel (USCC) the industry's leading lobby organization. He seeks to address issues regarding reform of the criminal justice system to reduce mass incarceration and create equal opportunity to those disproportionately displaced by drug laws in the United States.
