Provide technology + low-voltage consulting and design services. Provide technical installation, troubleshooting, service, and system administration training for Clinical Workflow Solutions (CWS) products and services to internal and external customers. Training is provided to a wide range of skills sets including maintenance works, biomedical engineers, IS personnel, and technical managers.

Responsible for performing Tier 1 surveillance and break/fix maintenance support, and outage notification on the Verizon Global VoIP, Voicemail, and Internal Data Network. Involved with proactive network monitoring of switch and data network elements via Verizon Network Management systems. Managed trouble tickets, flash notification, and escalations. Worked with AutoCAD to map out floor plans in telecommunication rooms.
