About Scott Keller
I'm a Senior Partner at McKinsey and Company, based in California. I believe deeply that the key to greatness in leadership is putting the conditions in place for others to be great. The seven books I’ve written (including the New York Times bestseller, "CEO Excellence", and Inc.com bestseller, "Beyond Performance"), are all handbooks to this end. It's also the ultimate goal of my work with Fortune 100 CEOs and their teams as they pursue large-scale transformation programs, and in my faculty roles at a number of CEO learning forums and at multiple business schools globally. Beyond McKinsey, I’m the co-founder the multi-award-winning social enterprise, Digital Divide Data, that utilizes a sustainable IT service model to benefit some of the world's most disadvantaged people. I'm also one of a few hundred people in history known to have travelled to every country in the world, lead an affinity group for parents of special needs children, and am a heavy metal-obsessed songwriter, guitarist, and music producer (a featured musician in "Rock Camp: The Movie").
