Drafting and negotiating technology agreements including SaaS agreements, software license agreements, mobile terms of use, terms of service, data licensing agreements, referral agreements, reseller agreements, teaming agreements, collaboration agreements and API licensing agreements. Executing and delivering on the strategic objectives of the practice. Exploring opportunities to improve practice management and gain efficiencies by leveraging people, process and technology. Supervising junior lawyers to ensure quality assurance of the service offering to startups. Developing or refining tools, including templates and streamlining the legal review process to improve ROI. Managing financials and tracking of practice client estimates, budgets and project resource allocation.
