Some of the things we’ve been tackling are activating MassMutual’s new employer brand, supporting the creation of MassMutual’s in-house recruiting function, and creating the future of MassMutual’s onboarding experience.

As Board Chair, I have been responsible for leading MassMutual's membership since 2019 in the Talent Marketing Board, the community for people leading employer brand and recruitment marketing at the world's largest companies. I previously held the Board Chair position at Fidelity Investments from 2018-2019.

Designed and deployed an enterprise Social Media recruiting strategy-growing channels and delivering engagement growth YoY of more than 400%. Built high performing team to deliver on social media strategy and scale social operations across nine channels.

Responsible for Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding for this Fortune 100 company, specifically the management and execution of the employer brand including the corporate careers website, employee value proposition, corporate recruiting collateral, social media recruiting strategy.

Acted as consultant across multiple business units providing best practice guidance on staffing programs including, contingent labor MSP, search agencies, and policy and procedures to drive standardization across the group. Supported the recruiting function at Liberty Mutual by providing optimized ATS systems, tools and guidance. Led the redesign and re-launch of corporate careers website to improve talent attraction and the integration with the corporate brand.

Exel was acquired by Deutsche Post Worldwide in late 2005, tapped for expat assignment to relocate to Bonn to coordinate the integration of Exel’s global talent management, learning and development processes into Deutsche Post’s talent management process, including performance management, succession planning and development impacting more than 350,000 associates globally. Conducted executive search for key leader roles.

As part of the Global Learning and Development team, focused on global succession planning, leadership competency modeling, executive talent management and placement, leadership development program support and delivery.

MBA program consulting engagement, as part of a team conducted an assessment of the competitive landscape and developed a marketing plan addressing products and pricing initiatives geared to transition membership base from free to fee.

Led 8 person production team for Gourmet, House & Garden and Wired magazines that managed supply chain activities and acted as primary production contact for advertisers, magazine staff and corporate management.
