Throughout my career --- in both public and independent educational settings--- and serving in roles spanning counseling, admissions, advising, teaching, and consulting—my focus has been the same: to create a culture that allows educational stakeholders including students, faculty, staff, parents, and community members to succeed. A native of North Carolina, I grew up in a family that valued education and serving others. Over the past 20 years, I have fused those values with my high levels of focus, energy, and compassion to make an ongoing difference in the lives of students.
