I have been an educator for 36 years. My main focus has been teaching Science classes in the Middle and Upper Elementary Schools. I have developed and implemented many hands-on Science lessons through out my career. Part of my teaching experience was done in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I taught there for 8 years. I learned a new culture and made many life long friends. I am currently in the Ohio Military Reserve. My main job is operations. I plan yearly training for the Battalion. In 2021 I was deployed for 3 months. Our mission was to assist the Ohio Jobs and Family Services back log of COVID-19 request for assistance. After the mission was completed I received the Ohio Commendation Award. I was a program director at a camp in North Carolina for 2 years. My job entailed planning the daily activities for 12 groups of campers and over seeing the completion of daily events.
