Hi, I’m Kelley Levaggi! I graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Business, where I also had the honor of being a four-year Division 1 volleyball athlete and captain of the team. My experience on the court taught me valuable lessons in leadership, teamwork, and resilience—skills I carry with me in every aspect of my career.Since graduating, I’ve been on a diverse and exciting journey. Over the past year and a half, I’ve gone back and forth between working as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment and traveling to incredible destinations like Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. This balance allowed me to immerse myself in new cultures and experiences while also honing my skills in customer service, communication, and adaptability.In parallel, I co-founded Piña Designs, a sustainable startup that was born out of a college course project and has now grown into a profitable business. As Chief Marketing Officer, I help drive the company’s vision to create eco-friendly and biodegradable hair ties made from pineapple silk. We are a female-founded company dedicated to sustainability, and we’ve raised over $20K in grants along the way. It’s been an exciting ride, and I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come.I’m passionate about innovation, sustainability, and leadership. Whether I’m working on our startup or exploring the world, I always look for new ways to grow, learn, and contribute to causes that matter.I’m excited to continue building connections with like-minded professionals and explore opportunities where I can apply my diverse experiences in both business and leadership to create impact.
