The Penn State Alumni Association is the largest dues paying alumni association in the world, with approximately 174,000 members. The Alumni Council is the governing board of the association. With over 100 members representing elected & appointed volunteers as well as representatives of each college and commonwealth campus at the university, the council has fiduciary and governance responsibilities as well as oversight to strategic planning. We work with the alumni association staff to ensure their goals align with the strategic plan and annual goals are met. The members of alumni council are passionate leaders representing all alumni and we ensure we have program and volunteer opportunities for all alumni association members who would like to get involved with their alma mater's alumni association's groups and activities. And we have lots of fun together!

I helped to lead the due diligence on behalf of Careform as we were purchased in November 2017 by ConnectiveRx, a private equity owned company. We continued to operate as a division as we worked to complete the integration of Finance, HR and Legal functions.

Prior to a purchase in 2013, Taggart was a $400 million global construction and engineering company specializing in the design, supply, construction and commissioning of coal preparation, mineral processing, and material handling systems to markets worldwide.Forge Group LTD, a publically traded company out of Perth, Australia purchased Taggart in July 2013; later DRA purchased Forge-Taggart. While at Taggart as the CFO, I oversaw global financial, general accounting, cost/project accounting, forecasting, auditing, treasury, HR and IT operations. I was also responsible for insurance and banking relationships and leading the financial/HR/IT integration of acquisitions and strategic partnerships. I helped to grow revenue from $100 million to $400 million, both organically and through acquisitions.
