Responsible for processing and booking all orders that were delivered through our partner community. This process includes analyzing and ensuring the accuracy of all costs and configurations associated with each order, as well as, tracking and updating our information in order to maintain up to date records of each customers install base.In addition to my analyst role, I helped run our global partner support and education program. My goal was to streamline the processes used to book and track orders for our partner program. I provided a point of contact for our global partner accounts as well as, processed and booked every deal that was submitted. I was also required to report on program data across our North American, European and Asia Pacific regions.
