She is a decisive leader with proven success increasing revenue and growing the bottom line. Kelley is extremely competent in addressing and engaging project owners and stakeholders, developing relationships with municipalities and other civic organizations. She is responsible for the operational management, marketing, and accounting functions for the company. Leveraging a background that includes an MBA, PHR Certification, Bachelors in Information Technology and Political Science, Kelley brings a diverse executive-level perspective to developing staff and positioning the company for sustainable growth. Additionally, her training and experience as a Human Resources professional affords her the following assets: Strong interpersonal skills, effective negotiation approach, and the ability to interpret and utilize complex data. Today, the firm is managing more than $1B USD in facility design and construction projects in Texas alone and more than $20M USD in international projects.
