Current• Responsible for the utilization and success of 120+ small, mid, and national level sized business clients across all industries• Identify client’s business goals to assist them with fully leveraging their software solution• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client segment to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention levels• Proactively educate clients on Concur solution functionality through virtual presentations and conference calls• Prioritize and resolve client issues/concerns; coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide response and/or solutions• Identify opportunities for adding greater value, and up-sell on services when needed• Meet individual/team monthly and quarterly metrics
