Prepare to Launch, LLC is a learning company committed to helping professionals navigate important work-life transitions. Through our Prepare to Launch U online course, we provide comprehensive career re-entry training and support for woman-professionals who have opted out of the workplace to care for family. With our Maternity Leave: Plan It So You Can Enjoy It online course, we help expectant moms plan for success through the before, during and after of their leaves. And, in partnership with the non-profit, Fourblock, we developed and lead a career readiness program for military spouses pursuing portable careers and/or preparing for civilian work. Built on our combined 30 years of experience, our courses are dynamic, customized, interactive programs that provide the instruction, inspiration and practical tools women need to succeed at work and in life.In addition to our signature courses, we host popular webinars, and design and deliver custom professional development workshops for universities and Fortune 500 companies. As dynamic leaders in the field of women and work, we have been featured guests on network programs and popular podcasts, contributors to major magazines and blogs, and invited speakers at national conferences.

Working with School Goverance Council (SGC) members to support and grow the impact of the SGC in Hartford Public School. Coaching the School Principal and SGC Parent Chair on an on-going basis to grow the leadership of the SGC. Assist SGC to dissemate new training to council members, write goals and design structures for growth.

Kelley's experience in education spans over 15 years. She has a strong background as an educator, learning facilitator and literacy consultant. This experience coupled with training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) has been a launching pad for her coaching practice. With a focus on empowering women to be leaders in their lives, careers and in educational communities Kelley provides tools and techniques to support fulfillment in leadership through the use of Co-active Coaching.

Kelley has consulted with parents and educators to provide support and insight on educational strategy design, building lines of communication and the development of effective educational plans. Further as an independent consultant she has worked for the SUNY Charter School Institute stepping in as a team evaluator for the charter schools in New York City.

Kelley is an award winning and distinguished teacher in the state of Connecticut. As a nominee of the Sallie Mae First Year Teacher and the recipient of the SES Distinguished Teacher Award Kelley provided high quality learning in the classroom.
