I believe deeply in creating space for women to cultivate their own authentic leadership style and career path. When women are given the time to focus on who they are, what they stand for and what they want for themselves their impact increases in the workplace. I founded Be You Bravely, a personal and professional coaching firm because I believe strongly in empowering women to lead and live fulfilling lives. I work with clients to get clarity in the chaos and develop a goal- based purpose plan that can be implemented into their life. The result is more balance and fulfillment and a life lived with purpose and meaning. As a mother of four boys, thriving entrepreneur, Coach, Workshop Facilitator, Motivational Speaker, and Author I have learned to "walk this talk" in my own life.Inspired by my ‘women in transition’ clients, I partnered with Susan Rietano Davey, an accomplished Workplace and Career Consultant, to design a complete career re-entry course for women-professionals who have opted out of the workplace to care for family. Due to the success of this live course, Susan and I developed on online course called Prepare to Launch U. Built on our combined 30 years of experience helping hundreds of women return to fulfilling professional work, Prepare to Launch U is a dynamic, interactive program that provides the instruction, inspiration and practical tools women need to launch successfully – all in a fully flexible, self-paced format. Beyond this, I hold a BA in Communication Studies and Education, from the University of Rhode Island, and a Masters Degree in Literacy from Pace University. My career began in Education where I worked in many capacities ranging from teaching, administration, and professional growth and development consulting. I pivoted to professional coaching and trained at the esteemed Coaches Training Institute. I hold a CPCC and I am a member of the (ICF),
